Hey, I’m Ashley – stylist, color lover, texture enthusiast, and the newest face at Mane Street Salon!
Behind the chair is where I feel totally in my element. I specialize in Keratin treatments, working with textured hair, and creating those effortless, low-maintenance, lived-in color vibes that make you feel like that girl. I’ve got a soft spot for rich reds and dimensional tones—and my #1 goal is to have you leaving my chair feeling like an absolute babe.
I’m always chasing growth and love learning new techniques to bring fresh energy and creativity to my guests. Whether it’s a new color formula, a cutting trend, or a better way to style those natural curls, I’m here for it.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me out exploring—whether it’s hiking a new trail, camping under the stars, or hunting down the best local eats (seriously, hit me with your recs). My pup Rhea is my ride-or-die adventure buddy, and we’re always on the move!

Hi, I’m Emmerson! I’m a Sussex resident and while I didn’t grow up going to school here, I’ve always admired the close-knit, welcoming feel of this community. I recently graduated from cosmetology school and I’m so excited to start building my business and diving into all things hair—especially vivids, haircuts, and foiling. I love creating looks that feel fresh, fun, and truly you. When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll probably find me traveling, driving around with music playing (or a good podcast—my favorite way to unwind after a busy day), or tapping into my hidden talent: organizing. I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair and help bring your hair goals to life.
Mackenzie
Hi! I’m Mackenzie, a stylist with a passion for vivid colors 🌈 and modern, confidence-boosting haircuts.
I graduated cosmetology school in November of 2024 and quickly discovered my love for creating bold color moments as well as polished, well-executed cuts. My favorite part of doing hair is seeing clients light up after we collaborate to create their dream look together.
I focus on listening, working with your lifestyle, and creating hair that’s easy to maintain and grows out beautifully between appointments. Whether you’re looking for something fresh, subtle, or transformative, my goal is for you to leave feeling confident and excited about your hair.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me at a concert or hanging out with my two cats 🐈⬛. I can’t wait to see you in my chair!

Not only does Rali do hair, she is our eyebrow microblading specialist! . She loves working with her guest to make them feel amazing. When she is not at the salon she loves to cook. She will even share some amazing recipes with you! In the summer time you can find her enjoying the sun at festivals.

Doing hair isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. I believe great hair has the power to unlock next-level confidence, and that kind of energy? It’s contagious. My mission is to help you not only look amazing but feel it deep in your bones. Because when you feel confident, you show up differently—and that ripple effect is everything.
I’m a boy mom who lives for sunny baseball Saturdays and cheering loud from the stands. I’ve lived the Texas life (with the stories to prove it), and yes, I’ll forever be team chips, salsa, and guacamole. Give me good conversation, a great cut, an amazing playlist, and I’m in my happy place. I’m obsessed with all things art and music, I treasure my vinyl records like they’re gold, and you’ll usually catch me humming (or straight-up singing) along to whatever’s playing.
Outside the salon, I’m always learning, growing, and pouring heart into Mane Street Salon—building it into the go-to spot for hair in Sussex. I think it is important that as a long standing business in the community that we stay active and engaged in community events.
